A passion that began over 80 years ago, when our family started building machinery for oenology, getting our hands dirty with metal and must. With the brands Enotecnica Pillan, Zambelli Enotech, and Vimeg Technologies, we have contributed to the growth of hundreds of wineries worldwide, offering solutions for grape processing and bottling.

But after years of helping others make wine, today we have chosen to make it ourselves.

The Famiglia Pillan project was born from the desire to return to the land, to rediscover our roots and personally practice the art of producing genuine wine, sincere, that can tell the story of the Colli Berici region.

On the southeast slope of the Nanto hills, we have revitalized a vineyard, tending to it with dedication and respect for nature’s rhythms. We harvest by hand, as it was done in the past, and process the grapes carefully, without forcing, to preserve the aromas, freshness, and personality of our varieties: Tai Rosso, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc.

We are still guided today by the teachings of Alberto and Velia, the heart of our family, who have passed on to us the value of things done well and with love.

In the winery, we are all present: brothers, children, grandchildren. Each with their own role, each with the same goal. Because this is not just a project. It is our home.
